The Amish Way of Making Hay

Making hay a different and hard way...I respect the Amish for keeping to their roots for so many decades...

In this short video, they are gathering up hay from the field, taking it to a baler powered by an engine and baling it into small square bales. Why they don't just bale it out of the row in the field with a tractor and baler like every other farmer is beyond me. They certainly like doing things the hard way but then they are entitled to their own beliefs.
