1934 Ford 3W Coupe V12 "Jag-Rod"
Meet the 1934 Ford 3W Coupe V12 "Jag-Rod," a vintage show custom that beautifully blends British engineering with classic American design. Built in 1982 by Ben Diener of Dienerbilt Corp, this car required over 7,000 man-hours to assemble its custom tube chassis, suspension, braking, and the 1982 Jag 326cid V12 fuel-injected powertrain.
In 1995-96, it underwent refurbishment, receiving body modifications and a Harbor Red urethane paint job by Harbor Auto Restorations. Titled as a 1934 Ford, it features a Harbor Red urethane paint job on a composite/glass '34 Ford 3W reproduction body. Modifications include a 3" chop, suicide doors, and custom hood. It also has vintage 17" Budnik 3-Blade billet wheels and Halogen street-rod headlights.
The cabin boasts custom leather Recaro tan/cream bucket seats, Jaguar shifter assembly, and Ford AM/FM Electronic cassette stereo. It features complete Smith's/Jaguar instrumentation. Powered by a 1982 Jaguar V12 326cid engine producing 320HP, with electronic fuel injection. It includes polished intake manifolds and a custom polished stainless steel exhaust. The custom "Dienerbilt" 1 3/4" tube chassis is paired with a "4-wheel" independent suspension, Jaguar power disc brakes, and GM Power Rack-N-Pinion steering.
