Real Life Deora II: Hot Wheels' Iconic Car Caught on Camera in Texas

Hot Wheels is a world-famous brand of small scale die-cast cars introduced to the market by American toy maker in 1968.

Although they're first intended for children, they have gained a great popularity among adults and have been a staple in every collector's collection. In today's video, we're checking out the life- size version of one of these iconic cars: Deora II. The Designed by Nathan Proch and built by the legendary American automobile designer Chip Foose, the real size Deora II was inducted into the Hot Wheels Hall of Fame in 2003 at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, CA. Jay Leno drove the car to the induction with Carson Lev. Technically, it's a 1965 Dodge A100 pickup truck that was heavily customized.
