The 1983 International 9670 is a heavy-duty truck model manufactured by International Harvester Corporation. It was part of the company's 9000 series of trucks, which were designed for use in long-haul and heavy-duty applications.

The 9670 model was powered by a Cummins diesel engine, which had a maximum output of 400 horsepower and was mated to a 13-speed manual transmission. It had a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of up to 80,000 pounds and a maximum payload capacity of around 35,000 pounds.
