Restoration Of An Abandoned Ducati 748 SPS
This time we're back to restoring motorcycles, namely this Ducati 748 SPS that was abandoned by its owner long ago and left to rot in this barn. This bike was saved and restored back to fully road going condition and found it a lovely new home to live in with its new owner.
The Ducati 748 SPS (Sport Production Special) was a limited-edition, high-performance sportbike that was produced by Ducati from 1998 to 2000.
The 748 SPS was powered by a liquid-cooled, 748cc, 90-degree V-twin engine that produced around 98 horsepower at the rear wheel. It featured a six-speed transmission and a dry clutch, which was a signature feature of Ducati motorcycles.
Overall, the Ducati 748 SPS was a high-performance sportbike that combined race-proven technology with Italian style and flair. Its limited production numbers and unique features make it a rare and desirable motorcycle among collectors and enthusiasts.
