Big Rocks vs Heavy Machines

In this great video we will look at machines that push away huge boulders. Some heavy construction equipment or automated robots, are used to push large boulders off the edge of a cliff. In some cases, heavy machinery is used to remove large rocks or boulders obstructing construction sites or roadways. Pushing them off a cliff might be a method to safely dispose of or break down these obstacles.

In mining operations, machines like bulldozers or excavators may be employed to clear away overburden or extract valuable minerals. Pushing boulders off a cliff could be a way to quickly remove unwanted materials. In geotechnical engineering, controlled landslides may be initiated by pushing boulders or debris off cliffs as a method of slope stabilization. This controlled release can prevent larger, uncontrolled landslides.
