School buses are the primary mode of student transportation in the North America. Hundreds of thousands of students are transported from houses to schools and from schools to houses by these iconic vehicles.

In today's video, we're checking out a very different school bus that will make you want to turn back to your school years. This exceptional creation of car enthusiast Jerry Bowers is nicknamed as Shortcut High Bus. It perfectly combines the body of a 1949 Ford F-6 that Jerry successfully customized to fit a Cadillac Eldorado frame. Jerry has spent five years to bring this excellent machine into reality and now he uses it to promote education for children. "If you want to be cool, stay in school" is the message of this excellently built 1949 Ford F-6 School Bus. It's powered by a 6.6 liter 403 Oldsmobile engine and is completely safe. Jerry and his bellowed wife who support her husband for this brilliant project hope that this unusually cool school bus can inspire the next generation of American entrepreneurs.
